BEFORE BABY

We begin with a private, (in-home or virtual) Prenatal Breastfeeding Class, adapted to your specific concerns, which includes the "The Sacred Latch: Holistic Breastfeeding for New Moms©" guidebook. 2-2.5 hours.

AFTER BABY

After the baby's arrival:

​We will schedule a 2-hour consultation (in-home or virtual) within the first week.

This includes a comprehensive assessment of both you and baby, along with a feeding where we can 'fine-tune' any positioning questions or discomfort.

The goal here is for you to begin your nursing journey with confidence!

After the first consultation:
-
​You will receive a customized Breastfeeding Care Plan from me based on my findings during our visit.

Within the first month:
-
​We will meet again for your focused one-hour follow-up consultation (in-person or virtual).

3 Hours of Q&A Sessions. You will receive 3 hours of scheduled sessions that you can book according to your needs and availability. They could be six 30-minute phone calls, or a couple of 1-hour virtual sessions, or whatever configuration that works for you. This allows you to get answers to any 'hot topic' questions or concerns of the moment. Or maybe you just need some reassurance. It's all important. I've got your back!

BONUS - Pumping Successfully: Planning to pump in the future? You will receive a custom pump flange-fitting session, (in-home or virtual) designed to set you up for comfortable, efficient, and effective pumping.
